Job Title: Senior Sales Specialist
Location: Remote – Based in Central Florida (Orlando Metro) or Greater Nashville, TN
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Base salary $65,000–$115,000 (Based on Experience) + Uncapped Commission
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Specialist to join a leading-edge provider of AI-powered surveillance and virtual security services. This is a remote position ideal for a seasoned sales professional with experience in outside sales, particularly in the automotive dealership and multi-family residential property sectors.
You’ll play a pivotal role in driving new business by delivering innovative security solutions that are redefining traditional guard services. Using a consultative, solution-based approach, you will represent a product suite that includes virtual guards, AI-driven video analytics, drones, and autonomous surveillance platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
▪️Drive New Business: Prospect, identify, and secure new client accounts within a defined geographic territory (Central Florida or Greater Nashville, TN).
▪️Client Relationship Management: Build long-term, trust-based relationships with commercial property owners, apartment/condo management companies, and dealership decision-makers.
▪️Solution Selling: Consult with clients to understand their security needs and propose tailored virtual monitoring solutions including intrusion response, virtual patrols, and visitor management.
▪️Sales Cycle Management: Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing and post-sale follow-up.
▪️Market Expansion: Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine go-to-market strategies and identify opportunities for expansion within target verticals.
▪️Territory Development: Actively visit prospective clients in the field; attend trade shows, industry events, and networking forums as needed.
▪️Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and CRM documentation.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or outside sales
Demonstrated success with complex solution sales and long-cycle deals
Experience selling into automotive dealerships, property management, or commercial real estate is highly desirable
Proven ability to work autonomously in a remote sales environment
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Driven, goal-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Comfortable conducting in-person client visits; must reside within one of the target markets
Preferred Experience:
Sales experience in security, surveillance, SaaS, or AI-driven technology solutions
Familiarity with CRM systems and remote collaboration tools
A background or network in multifamily housing, commercial properties, or retail spaces
