Location: Remote – Philadelphia area strongly preferred
Salary: $100,000–$120,000 base + Annual Discretionary Bonus
Travel: ~20,000–30,000 miles/year (primarily East Coast)

We’re seeking a practical, relationship-focused Sales Manager ready to join a team where product quality and long-term customer trust matter more than high-pressure closing tactics. In this role, you’ll inherit an established East Coast territory generating over $1.5M in annual revenue, supported by a collaborative technical and service team. Your mission? Expand that success by developing 20–25 new accounts per year, guiding customers toward smart, lasting investments in high-performance adhesive systems.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Manage a territory of active customers and inbound prospects across the East Coast
- Travel to customer sites, tradeshows, and industry events (~20K–30K miles/year)
- Lead consultative sales conversations with engineers, production managers, and procurement teams
- Work from home and independently manage your pipeline and goals
- Use CRM tools (Sage CRM) to track leads, opportunities, and follow-ups
- Participate in a paid onboarding program at headquarters (2–3 weeks training, travel covered)
- Act as a trusted advisor—not a pushy salesperson
WHAT YOU WILL BE SELLING:
- Capital equipment designed for hot melt adhesive application in industrial manufacturing
- Durable systems with a lifespan of 10–20 years
- Price points ranging from $3,500 to $100,000+
- Long-term recurring revenue from consumables (hoses, nozzles, glue guns) and service agreements
- Products known for their simplicity, durability, and ease of use

Requirements
- A customer-first sales professional who values service over flash

- Based near Philadelphia or willing to relocate to better support the region
