Compensation Range: $115K to $130K

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As the Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind complex, high-stakes projects that impact safety, efficiency, and productivity across the plant. From kickoff to handover, you’ll lead planning, coordinate execution, and manage project milestones with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and process excellence.
YOUR IMPACT
🧩Define project goals, scope, budgets, and timelines—you’ll set the vision and own the roadmap.
🧩Lead and motivate a cross-functional team of engineers, technicians, and specialists to deliver seamless execution.
🧩Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and adjust plans to ensure project delivery stays on time and on budget.
🧩Uphold strict safety and environmental standards across all phases of the project.
🧩Partner with key stakeholders in engineering, manufacturing, and quality to ensure full alignment and buy-in.

Requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
✅ 3–5 years of experience managing capital or process-related projects in a chemical manufacturing environment.
✅ Deep knowledge of chemical processes, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
✅ Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
✅ Exceptional communication and team leadership skills.
